Day three was an exciting one here at Techstars Boulder. We heard from CEO of ReturnPath, Matt Blumberg, who is also the author of Startup CEO (part of the Startup Revolution series). Here you can find some of the highlights of this book. Some of the major takeaways from Matt’s talk were:
1. Put everything in one place (Spreadsheet, Google Doc, Wunderlist, Evernote, etc.)
2. Set annual goals and gage your daily tasks accordingly
3. Get 360 degree feedback- Ask for feedback, internalize feedback, act on that feedback and then ask again to continue getting feedback
